Proposed Display at Rocky Mounting Regional Mtg - April 2023

This MAA - Rocky Mountain Regional meeting at Black Hills State University in South Dakota is tentatively scheduled for next year.  I have asked if I could have a display at this meeting as shown in photo Above. Including Videos (AVCHD) 32GB 2.0 USBs (Qty 50)  and 32GB 2.0 USBs (Qty 50) of MP4s, JPGs, PDFs and Power Points. And also, I will ask if they have an interest in using two such framed art pieces shown above  (Or T-Shirts?) for door prizes.
